Ireland's Billy Twomey has a new horse under him as he tries to secure one of the three individual places left for Olympic qualification. The new horse is Tin Tin(2002 xCavalier xxAnimo), which is a former ride of Graham Lovegrove of Great Britain. Twomey is hoping to qualify as an individual. The Irish Equitation Army and the Minister for Defence refused a request from Ireland's Chef d'Equipe Robert Splaine, to allow Twomey to ride one of the Equitation Army's horses in a bid to secure an individual slot for an Irish rider.
