Great Britain’s David McPherson and Scott Brash split first place yesterday in the WEF Challenge in a California-split style competition.

Due to the number of entries the class was divided into two.

There were 99 starters with only 10 combinations making it through to the jump-off. It was noted by a lot of rider that the course was difficult and this showed in the results with a number of riders retiring or being eliminated.

The course was designed by  Leopoldo Palacios of Venezuela.
